I've long been overwhelmed by an unwieldy list of goals that would sit, unaccomplished, in a long-term to-do list year after year. Then I came across a simple trick that solved my chronic problem. As gimmicky as it may sound, I'm now accomplishing everything I'd been putting off in just an hour a day. Here's how you can, too.

I'm a notorious procrastinator. I've spent hours of my life organizing my tasks as a way of getting around actually doing them. I own every GTD app in the app store, and they languish on my iPad. I have lists, notebooks for lists, apps for lists, reminders, etc. None of it works.
This might work, though. An hour a day? I can do that. If I reduce my Newsvine time. ;)
